Agentic Healthcare provides AI consulting, implementation, and related services to clinical practices, healthcare systems, and healthtech companies, and may operate patient communication tools on behalf of those organizations.
Professional engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, and where applicable a business associate agreement. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the written agreement controls.
03Not Medical Advice
Care-related communications sent on behalf of a healthcare provider do not replace the judgment of your licensed healthcare professional. Direct clinical questions to your provider.
04Text Messaging
Our patient care text messaging program is governed by our SMS Terms and Conditions, which are part of these Terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
05Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or services in violation of any law or regulation
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or provide a phone number you are not authorized to use
